Maamwesying Minobimaadizing Clinic Partnership Update and Continuation of Services
We would like to inform you that Maamwesying Minobimaadizing Clinic has ended its partnership with Recovery North. However, we remain committed to providing high-quality addiction services to our clients.
For those who wish to continue receiving services through Minobimaadizing Clinic, we kindly ask you to contact our administration at 705-227-1439 to complete a Consent to Transfer Personal Health Information form. This will allow us to securely transfer your records from Recovery North to our clinic, ensuring a smooth continuation of care.
We are pleased to announce that Minobimaadizing Clinic will be working with a new addictions physician who shares our organization’s vision and values. Our commitment to culturally responsive, client-centered care remains unchanged, and we look forward to continuing to support our clients on their healing journey.
Our clinic schedules will continue as usual in all currently serviced communities, ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted care. If you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at 705-227-1439.
