The N’Mninoeyaa Aboriginal Health Access Centre is comprised of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physicians, as well as Client Care Coordinators who work as a comprehensive team to support clients and families with their primary health care needs, including those with complex health conditions.

Our team is dedicated to providing accessible, comprehensive, and quality primary health care services to clients and families through the community health centres within Atikameksheng Anishinabek, Sagamok First Nation, Serpent River First Naton, Mississauga First Nation, Thessalon First Nation, Garden River First Nation, Batchewana First Nation, and the Indigenous Friendship Centre in Sault Ste. Marie.
