We are a Family Health Team, that serves Indigenous and Non- Indigenous patients & families within the catchment area of Sault Ste. Marie. We are comprised of an interdisciplinary team that includes Physicians, Nurses, and health support staff who provide a range of primary care services to all persons across the continuum of health with a focus on our Indigenous population.
